I sound like a hypocrite with the rating I just slapped down, but if you want or need what each part of the bundle provides, why the heck not? Buy the darn Fire tablet for playing videos or reading ebooks. Maybe you’ll use the wireless keyboard with it. Maybe you’ll pull it from the folio and use it with something else. That’s the magic of Bluetooth after all. The same thing goes with the Microsoft 365 subscription: who said you had to use it exclusively with the Fire HD 10? We’re not the Fire OS Police (ha). You might as well use Office on something more responsive. If you aren’t familiar with Fire tablets, they can provide the same basic functionality as your smartphone on a larger screen. And with Amazon’s brand at the forefront, there are certain things I’d do here that I wouldn’t on most other tablets like read an ebook or watch Prime Video.

The Fire HD 10 is still a quite competent tablet. As this Fire HD 10 (2021) review has shown, it has a bright and crisp display and excellent battery life (plus the ability to recharge with the same cable you may use for your laptop or phone). If you’re willing to spend more than twice as much on the $329 iPad, you get a much faster and snappier experience, a slightly brighter screen and all the apps you could ask for. But you’re getting slightly less battery life, and with that kind of money you could buy two Fire HD 10 (2021) slates, one for you and one a relative (so you don’t have to share). The better call, if you think you’ll be irritated by slight lags in performance, is to spend an extra $30 to get the $179 Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus, arguably the best Amazon tablet ever. That said, the Fire HD 10 (2021) is still going to be great for the folks who are looking for a device to casually peruse the internet and read e-books and watch video. It’s just a matter of how far you’re going to push it.

If your work requires anything more than typing words into a Microsoft Word document, go with the Duet and leave this «productivity» bundle on the shelf.

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности совершенно не подходят для игр. Скорее всего, даже в повседневных делах пользователь столкнётся с ограничениями, такими, как отсутствие аппаратного декодирования видео или невозможность подключения монитора с актуальным разрешением.

Amazon решила представить Fire HD 10 Plus, еще более мощную альтернативу нынешнему Fire HD 10. В обзоре мы не только рассмотрим новинку Plus и сравним с оригинальной версией, но также оценим опциональные чехол-клавиатуру и док с зарядкой.

Планшет Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021, 11-е поколение) был существенно улучшен по сравнению с предшественником. Онлайн-гигант обещает прирост производительности на 50% по сравнению с предыдущим поколением, на 10% более яркий дисплей, а также более легкий и тонкий формат. Но Amazon не остановилась на новой модели Fire HD 10, представив еще один планшет: Fire HD 10 Plus, который играет роль флагмана Fire.

Планшет Plus опирается на стандартную модель и имеет много общего: 8-ядерную SoC, панель Full HD+, выбор между 32 и 64 Гбайт памяти. Но планшет лучше оснащен по трем параметрам: объем ОЗУ составляет 4 Гбайт вместо 3 Гбайт, имеется беспроводная зарядка, а корпус soft-touch лучше ощущается в руках. Однако расцветка только одна — серый Slate (у стандартной модели есть три варианта: синий, оливковый зеленый и черный). Возможность беспроводной зарядки несколько напоминает компактный Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).

Беспроводная зарядка позволяет использовать Fire HD 10 Plus в сочетании с соответствующими заряжающими доками. Amazon в сотрудничестве с Anker как раз предложила док-зарядку, адаптированный под Fire HD 10 Plus. Кроме того, имеются совместимый чехол-клавиатура с подключением Bluetooth от Fintie, его Amazon продает как отдельно, так и в комплекте Productivity вместе с Fire HD 10 Plus. Мы получили два упомянутых аксессуара вместе с планшетом, поэтому протестируем все три продукта.

Планшет Fire HD 10 Plus стоит дороже Fire HD 10, что не удивляет. В самом дешевом варианте с 32 Гбайт накопителем и рекламой цене составляет €180 (15.800 ₽) вместо €150 (13.200 ₽). Избавление от рекламы Amazon обойдется в €15, удвоение емкости накопителя — €40. Самый дорогой вариант без рекламы с 64 Гбайт накопителем стоит €235 (20.600 ₽). За беспроводную станцию зарядки Amazon просит €50 (4.400 ₽). Клавиатура и чехол Bluetooth обойдутся в такую же сумму. Причем можно сразу купить комплект Productivity Set с чехлом-клавиатурой. К нему также добавляется 12-месячная подписка на Microsoft 365 Single. Данный комплект стоит €299 (26.200 ₽), но на данный момент Amazon предлагает его со скидкой за €245.

В комплект поставки планшета входит блок питания на 9 Вт, кабель зарядки USB Type-A на Type-C, руководство по быстрой настройке и буклет с важной информацией.

Соглашения об именах планшетов

Линии дизайна и размеры планшетов . Планшеты Fire имеют всего три линии дизайна, как показано выше: Fire HD, Fire и Fire HDX. В каждой линейке дизайна представлены планшеты разных размеров. Номер в модели планшета, например, Fire HD 10 или Fire HD 8 относится к размеру планшета (по диагонали). Fire HD 10 — десять дюймов, Fire HD 8 — восемь дюймов, а Fire 7 — семь дюймов.

Поколения и годы выпуска . Таблетки также имеют поколение в названии. Поколение относится к году выпуска. Например, все планшеты, выпущенные в 201 9 , являются планшетами поколения 9 . (Не путайте размер планшета с поколением. Например, «Fire HD 10» — это не 10-е поколение.) В следующей таблице поколения сопоставляются с годами выпуска.

Обратите внимание, что, в отличие от планшетов Fire, поколения в соглашениях об именах Fire TV следуют линейной последовательности в линиях дизайна и не сопоставляются с годами выпуска.

Доступные и снятые с производства версии. По большей части доступны только планшеты Fire последних нескольких поколений. Однако здесь перечислены все поколения, поскольку эти спецификации предназначены для разработчиков, чтобы обеспечить максимальную совместимость их приложений с различными версиями. Старый планшет Fire, который больше не доступен для покупки на Amazon.com, может по-прежнему использоваться потребителями, у которых есть более старые, снятые с производства версии.
